We know our credibility has been established in a variety of ways:
- The PEP™ original program has been running successfully for 14 years.
- The program has been funded by outside agencies including:

- Employment Insurance

- Social Services/Community Services

- The PEP™ Program was granted a license and trademark by Industry Canada in 2000 giving PEPTM the seal of approval as a viable marketable product for the public.
- The original PEP™ Program has been translated into French, Spanish and Chinese and adaptive learning materials have been created for the visually impaired.
- The materials are customized to support diversity.
- In 2001 VOIP technology was embraced and we began offering the program on line, among the first of any learning environments to do so.
- We have enjoyed a unique retention rate of 98% once participants begin the programs.
- Like any business that is growing continually the PEP™ Program has survived legal, financial and structural setbacks over the 13 years of its existence and continues to grow and flourish.
- PEP™ has been an interest to the media because of its success rate in supporting the general population and has been successful in gaining the positive attention of the media. "PEP™ Energizes Metro Women" Halifax Chronicle Herald, January 2005 among others.
- PEP™ was approved by the Canadian Counsellors Association as a program whereby its professional membership in 2007 could receive 6 educational credits when they participated in the PEP™ Program.
- The Licensed Practical Nurses Association in Nova Scotia also approved the PEP™ Program in 1999 as an accredited program for its membership during that year.
- The Black Business Initiative of Halifax Nova Scotia used the PEP™ Program to empower youth in their Entrepreneurial Program.
- Members of the Human Resources Department of New Brunswick Power piloted the first 10 weeks of the program in order to evaluate its effectiveness for their employees.
- PEP™ for Young Children was purchased by the Halifax County Bedford District School Board for 2 groups of young children. The Board appointed Dr. Fred French of Mount St Vincent University to conduct an independent evaluation of the progress and PEP™ received rave reviews in his report.
- PEP™ for Young Children and PEP™ for Teens
b was piloted in Big Cove New Brunswick, the
second largest Native reservation on the east coast.
When the late Christine Cooper, a teacher at the
school was appointed Wellness Co Ordinator she
insisted that the PEP™ Program be part of the
curriculum for the youth in the community based on
the positive outcomes of the pilots.
- The author and founder of the program has an educational background and used her expertise as a teacher to design the curriculum.
- All of our satisfied and happy customers whose lives have been dramatically affected as a result of their participation in the PEP™ Program is our greatest accomplishment.
- Dr. John Lin, Chief of Psychiatry, Mercy Catholic Hospital in Taiwan, and his immediate team of 3 psychologists, 2 social workers and a psychiatric nurse embraced the PEP™ Program as a tool to support and nurture the staff. Then they all became Certified to deliver the workshops to their patients and the families of their patients. At this time the program was translated into Chinese with the support of another client Dr. Ken Hung.
- The Department of Justice, Crime Prevention Division in partnership with the John Howard Society in Halifax, NS funded the program for clients open to change and transitioning back into the community after incarceration or a brush with the law.
- The John Howard Society in Red Deer Alberta supported the PEP™ by promoting it among their contacts as a tool that would benefit the clients they serve. The staff also participated in the program.
- Alice Housing, long term housing for women and children of domestic violence participated from the top down. Beginning with the Executive Director Joanne Bernard who herself graduated from 40 weeks of the PEP™ Program along with one of the counsellors at the facility. The organization then paid for the counsellor Susan, to be certified so they could deliver the program in house. The PEP™ Program donated materials and also raised money for Alice Housing. They also are multiple winners of the Donner Award given out each year to a worthy organization who has been exceptional in all facets of the running of a not for profit .
- Loaves and Fishes of Red Deer, Alberta have enrolled 12 staff members to participate in the PEP™ Program, once again proving that this process is perfect for supporting the productivity of employees.
- The author and founder of the program, appeared 2008-2010 as a speaker for Clemson University, South Carolina US by travelling to 18 major cities in the US sharing pieces of the program with their clients coming from major corporations for the purposes of their professional development.
